The Stage is looking for a passionate enthusiastic instructor to teach our Junior Acting program at our satellite location, The Gallery at Queen’s Park, beginning September 2016. The Stage prides itself on offering the highest quality programming for children ages 0-18. We dedicate ourselves to upholding a whole child development philosophy in all of our programming. The ideal candidate…
- Must Love working with kids ages 7-10 (not just kinda sorta like them)
- Must, must, must have a passion for teaching
- Is experienced in building curriculum and/or is interested in learning how to build curriculum
- Is interested in becoming part of our faculty family (we’re a bit nutty but a lot of fun) and have a willingness to participate in studio events to promote classes and fulfill our studio’s community service mandate
- Has excellent interpersonal skills when working with parents
- Is very organized
- Has extensive training in their craft
- Has a resume outlining previous work experience and a performance resume
- Will provide references
- Has experience organizing small in studio presentations
- CPR Certification an asset
- Has own vehicle as our second location is not easily accessible by transit

Sundays 9:30 – 10:45am 7-8 yrs | 11:00am-12:15pm 9-10 yrs
