We are BEYOND excited to get this program up and running after many years of planning and replanning and covid-ing!
Please note a few things before filling in the form.
1. This is NOT a registration form, it is an expression of interest form that will allow us to contact families interested in starting our classes in September 2021. You will be contacted regarding your status so please DO NOT cancel any current after school options before receiving a confirmation from us.
2. This program currently has enough students to run and will be moving ahead. Please note that we are an after school class provider and not an after school care provider. Classes must meet minimum numbers in order to run.
3. Pending enough interest, priority will go to families looking for 5 days. Families will be contacted in descending order of days required (4 and then 3)
4. Please submit 1 form per child if you are interested in 2 spaces
Once submitted you will be contacted regarding available spaces and the first payment.
